Bringing The Novel Tree to my home town!Independently acquired what was previously Pacific Cannabis Co. on Callow Ave in Bremerton, WA with my business partner. Worked through ~8 months of licensing and negotiations to close the deal. Merged management with existing retail operations. Oversight of legal, finance, accounting, operations and other business administration tasks to transition ownership with only one day of store closure. Continued smooth operations since acquisition. Our biggest goals were to keep the awesome PCC team happy with minimal disruption to their lives, and to strengthen relationships with the loyal customer base. Implemented existing best business practices from Novel Tree - Bellevue and rolled out the brand with purchasing program, operations, marketing plan, etc. with local refinements. Achieved brand consistency and success across multiple markets. Thrilled to be operating on a street I spent so much time on in my youth!
