As part of World Rugby's strategy to "impact upon the competitiveness and sustainability of international rugby" for women and men, I managed global operations and a £15m annual budget, and aided strategy development for the High Performance Investment Programme. We invested in and serviced HP system and national team capacity and capability building for the national rugby federations of 15+ under-resourced countries, prioritising Fiji, Samoa, and Tonga plus Japan, Georgia and USA. This enabled their athletes to grow and their women's and men's teams to compete at Rugby World Cups (15s) & Olympic Games (rugby sevens). My work supported World Rugby’s movement towards equality through gender equality and international equity projects. I designed the programme strategic plan "HP Playbook 2016-20" (see attached) and contributed HP strategy to "Women in Rugby 2017-25".
