 Led 20 stores with annual revenue of $980M covering 12 states in Midwest. Directed ATF (Federal Bureau of Firearms) firearms compliance, store inventories, payroll forecasting, online order fulfillment, front & back end operations, store maintenance programs, profit and loss statements, audits, store standards.  Directed the Division to leveraged controllable expenses in 2016 and on pace to leverage again in 2017. Top inventory Division in 2016 and 2017. .34% to sales and the top division in reserved dollars back. Led division to pass every federal ATF audit 2016 and 2017.  I implemented pilot programs that eventually rolled out to the company including a grill assembly program with an outside vendor. The new program drove a 42% increase in sales, 210 basis point lift in margin, and put more employees back to the sales floor to focus on customer service. Provided corporate office support by serving on boards building, and initiating future programs. Improved communication from the field and made programs work better because of the collaboration.  Advanced the division to hold highest operational audit scores in 2016 and 2017.

Managed and led eight stores and over 2100 employees in the Great Lakes market. Stores are located in Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, & Michigan. Managed store operations, sales, profit generation, merchandising, administrative and policy compliance, and loss prevention procedures.Responsible for managing all assets and inventory. Controlling shrink and seasonal merchandising initiatives. Conducted recruiting, succession planning, and talent management reviews for senior leadership teams.
