Directed ATF (Federal Bureau of Firearms) firearms compliance, store inventories, payroll forecasting, online order fulfillment, front & back end operations, store maintenance programs, profit and loss statements, audits, store standards.  Directed the Division to leveraged controllable expenses in 2016 and on pace to leverage again in 2017. Top inventory Division in 2016 and 2017. .34% to sales and the top division in reserved dollars back. Led division to pass every federal ATF audit 2016 and 2017.  I implemented pilot programs that eventually rolled out to the company including a grill assembly program with an outside vendor.
