Nautronix is an international company specialising in through water communication, positioning technology and Survey Services for the global offshore oil and gas industry.•Frontline Technical support to solve problems and issues as they arise during manufacturing of Nautronix products •Support Production with testing of more complex products and provide training to Technicians to allow testing to be carried out •To be frontline test and debug support for all production issues. •Analyse quality data and trends to identify opportunity for improvement. •Work closely with all engineering support departments to ensure that Production has all relevant information and equipment to build and test products “right first time”. •Develops project plans for implementing improvements in compliance with ISO 9001 standard and monitors the new processes to ensure they work as intended. •Co-ordinate completion of work lists of outstanding sustaining actions, to include update of BOM’s / drawings and production packs. •Maintain and update Product drawings. •Maintain and enter new Part Numbers and Bills of Materials into AX, ensuring accuracy of descriptions, purchasing information, suppliers’ details, raw materials, sub-assemblies and associated quantities. •Assist Design Engineers in producing all manufacturing drawings, Bills of Materials, Work Instructions, Quality Control Instructions prior to hand over to Production. •Assist Test Development Team to update relevant legacy test procedures and test jigs to allow testing at the manufacturer. •Assist Design team with product development as required and within current role holders skill set.  •Assist Procurement and Engineering to source alternative parts and COTS items to replace obsolete items.

Teledyne Controls is a leading provider of sophisticated solutions designed to help operators increase flight safety and operational efficiency through more efficient aircraft data and information management.To test and repair aircraft flight recorders and related avionic equipment• Troubleshooting complex analogue and digital circuitry to component level• Soldering and/or inspection of high density (fine pitch) SMT and PTH PCB’s to the highest standards of IPC ANSI610/J-STD-001 or previous Mil 2000 spec• Knowledge of commercial aircraft avionics systems• Repair/Calibration of workshop test equipment/machinery• Update servers for latest S/W revisions or configurations• Liase with airline Field Engineers

To monitor and improve the process of all Apple related repairs and recycling• Process mapping of existing process, covering all areas of the line, definition of improved future states, development & follow through of action plans• Development & communication/training of Business documentation in parallel to process flows as appropriate• Undertaking regular process audits, identifying any waste & managing any subsequent action plans• Troubleshoot problems with business processes and implement necessary corrective action(s), design sustainability into solutions• Constantly develop ways of increasing operator / technician output / throughput / efficiency via improvement of production processes (line balance, methods, layouts, timing etc.)• Constantly develop ways of increasing Quality Performance of the process• General Line Support• Undertake the design & implementation of any new processes & layout & documentation thereof• Devise & implement corrective actions to improve NPI performance • Training all technicians to specification level for debug
