The acquisition was completed on 1 October 2009 with the newly merged company rebranded as "FIS". I managed four large Philippine core banking and payment system customers, the cumulative total resources of which exceed USD 51 billion. My responsibilities included overall relationship, professional services and new product sales, collections and management of on-site project resources. I achieved 118% of my 2010 quota.

In 2005, Metavante committed to on-site international account management and, as such, I relocated back to the Philippines to manage two top ten Philippine core banking customers. Accomplishments include negotiating a successful long term renewal and the multi-year upgrade and implementation of a browser-based teller transaction and account platform front end system. As Metavante’s representative on the project steering committee, I gained valuable experience in monitoring and controlling project work including change management and overall quality assurance.

During this time I was a member of a multinational implementations team which successfully implemented an international core banking application at one of the largest commercial banks in Bulgaria. My responsibilities included assisting in overall project management including human resources, work scheduling, cost control, risk mitigation, solution integration, quality assurance and communications. Additionally I was deeply involved in loan product analysis, enhancement specifications, data conversion, change request management, unit testing, defect tracking and resolution, live cut over and post production support. In the Spring of 2011, the bank celebrated ten years of successful operations on the core banking system which has supported strong growth in the European market.

I arrived in Zagreb soon after the Dayton Peace Accord was signed and spent one year working on the deposit product analysis, enhancement specifications, data conversion and change request management.

I gained valuable operational experience in office administration, software implementation, data conversion,system training and marketing and sales while living in the countries of the Czech Republic, Bulgaria and Austria. Typically I operated alone in foreign environments with nominal onsite support and oversight. I was the manager of all local staffs and was responsible for all financial operations in Europe with an annual budget exceeding USD 1 million per year.
