As a behind-the-scenes problem solver with Colorado's largest bicycle retailer, I supported operations, technology and inventory at four locations in the Denver area.

Also spent time as the Communications Coordinator in HR, and produced newsletters, product guides, and the employee handbook.

Initiated and launched the Bicycle Division at LH Thomson Company. Conducted market research for first product, existing product evaluation and testing, integral member of design team for Thomson Elite Seatpost, served as liaison between LH Thomson and the bicycle industry, attended trade shows, created and managed a professional mountain bike racing team.
