I am a Strategy & Consulting leader, specializing in Digital Transformation within the Canada Public Service. At Accenture, I am focused on working alongside public service organizations to support, innovate and implement digital solutions which improve the experiences of citizens and employees. I partner with clients to address their most important challenges by providing expertise in areas such as Digital Service Design, Enterprise Value, Technology Advisory, Talent & Organization and Applied Intelligence. These services allow enterprises to make more informed decisions and provide better service to constituents. I have worked with international clients in both private and public industries (Government, Telecommunications, International Development, Postal, Resources) to enhance business value through large scale transformation programs that align strategy with the required people, process, and technology initiatives. My international experience has also provided me with the opportunity to complete my Master of Business through studies completed in Australia.Living in Ottawa, I have developed a passion for community building. I have held roles as the Corporate Citizenship Lead with Accenture as well as served as a member of various Cabinets with United Way. While at work I’m focused on being an authentic and transparent leader to my clients and colleagues so that when I’m not at work I can focus on the most important job of being an involved and supportive parent to a young family.
