Responsibilities vary from day to day. Those responsibilities include the filling, labeling and kit-packing of varying testing agents. Other duties when they are needed are packet auditing, paperwork preparation and shipping equipment for calibration.

Responsible for the accurate entry of various types of bonds and WIPs. I am also responsible for canceling or extending bonds. Sending out batches of new bond numbers to brokers along with validating previously used bond numbers. Ensure there is adequate amount of information given to complete the tasks. Daily communication with various Underwriting Assistants/Underwriters to provide the necessary information if needed.

Melrose Park

Main responsibility is to keep my stores’ inventory database as accurate as possible by doing cycle counts Mon-Fri, then entering the findings into the inventory system. Researching discrepancies for cycle count issues varying from repair product, shipping/receiving and store orders. Responsible for communicating to the store where they stand in lost product daily and weekly.

Schaumburg & Chicago

Help assist in setting up floor models and store set-ups. Unload trucks and put stock out onto the sales floor. Responsible for putting up daily sign changes and signs for the Sunday Advertisement. Down stocking merchandise, helping guests, delegating tasks to co-workers and loss prevention are other activities involved with the position.
