Provide exceptional customer service to customers while maintaining a friendly attitude. Maintaining a strong knowledge of products as they were added to the store to ensure a quick checkout process and handle increased traffic in the store at busy times.

Weekend Supervisor-Design and implement programming for a group of adolescent boys each weekend that coincides with each students individual therapeutic plan as well as the group as a whole.-Supervise up to 3 other staff members.- Keep detailed reports on each students progress throughout the weekend and report directly to program directors and therapists..

As a wilderness field instructor at Second Nature I have the opportunity to work with at risk teens between the the ages of 13 and 17. I am responsible for teaching skills in low impact "Leave No Trace" camping along with fire making and basic survival skills. I work directly with 3-4 students and their therapist and am in charge of their therapeutic progress throughout the week.

I worked as a sales associate at the corporate Sport Chalet location in La Canada, CA. I worked closely with vendors and had leading sales numbers for the shop.
