Principal Responsibility As a key member of service supply chain leadership, in accordance with BU strategy, to decide supply chain long term strategy, annual initiatives and implementation plan. Briefing to senior management regularly;Function Responsibility Design and build performance monitoring framework, e.g. KPI and publication platform, responsible for complete, accurate, in time data collection and analysis, support business decision-making; Through cost analysis and coordination, meet financial budget; initiate and tracking cost saving actions, provide clear guideline and real time data for cost optimization;  As bridge between business and IT, communicate system requirements effectively; as project owner, initiate and respond to strategic business transformation, support system design, development and launch to meet schedule;  Provide efficient public services to support overall supply chain operation, focus on: Engineering and Quality Management: create and maintain parts substitution, maintain parts technical standard and quality control process, offer parts with correct quality and technical support to service delivery team and partners; Parts redemption: design overall business model and process, build up parts redemption capability and capacity to meet business requirements and keep it competitive in the market; Logistics: design logistics network within business roadmap, focus on reverse logistics and B2C capability development; Settlement: making billing with vendors efficiently and meet financial guideline;

 Responsible for purchase strategy to support local market development; Make purchase budget, control purchase cost and stock level;  As key user, assure data quality of stock, supplier, purchase order modules in Scala system, sort out business process and implement continuous improvement Develop new suppliers; manage supplier relationship; over 100 active suppliers and 10% in Europe, 10% in South-East Asia;  lead supplier audit and pormance evaluation by cost competitiveness, quality level, delivery performance and capability of new product development;  Creat KPI system, monitor and report sourcing, purchase function performance regularly.  Supervise and participate major projects, including Ericsson, ABB, Vestas, Danfoss and Alcatel; initiate a project which change trader terms of Asian suppliers from CIF to FOB, make the interface of suppliers and forwarder K&N clearly for more accurate measurement of on time delivery.

 Collaborate with sales and operation team, based on master schedule, developing monthly material forecasts with Demand Works and driving improvements in forecast accuracy to AP supply chain and suppliers as input of material planning;  As key user, coordinate purchase function, set and review critial parameters in ERP system Baan including safety stock and EOQ; Make recommendations and present solutions to minimize total inventory (critical path inventory) while maintaining required service levels to stakeholders; With HML as the main tool, assist Commodity Managers to set up and monitor supplier inventory arrangements; Make impact analysis, manage new product release and old product phase out to minimize obsolescence with help of Engineering and Commodity Manager.  Develop control reports to ensure the ongoing visibility of Husky’s financial obligations for inventory and relevant issues; As a member of BPI team, participate in supply chain improvement projects including Kanban, VMI, lead time reduction;  Communciate with inventory analysts in other BUs/locations, optimize inventory level globally;
