Motivated engineer with more than 31 years of experience in Civil Engineering Transportation (Roadway and Bridges). I currently manage projects of various sizes and scope from preservation and rehabilitation projects to interstates and new locations. Experienced in all aspects of planning, conceptual studies, preliminary engineering and final design to produce project documents for construction. I also participate in consultation services during construction working with the client and construction contractor to complete the project. I have completed peer reviews of engineering designs as well as performed forensic services for attorneys.I have completed projects for state agencies such as the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, West Virginia Department of Highways, PA Turnpike Commission, municipalities, and private entities.I enjoy working in a team environment, motivating team members to enjoy their work, and mentoring.I am responsible for proposal development, monitoring budgets and schedule, quality, client satisfaction, and resource management.
