As a partner in Ice MIller’s Business Group (Columbus, Ohio location), my focus is centered on assisting clients engaging in complex corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and transactions and financing transactions involving debt and equity offerings. I also serve as outside general and specialty counsel to middle market companies across multiple industries. Through my experiences I have had the pleasure of representing and assisting clients across a variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, logistics, business services, financial services, veterinary medicine, healthcare, professional athletics, information technology, agriculture and professional services. Representing clients in the veterinary care space is a specialty practice area. While located in the Midwest, my focus is nationwide having handled transactions for investors, funds and companies alike throughout the United States.
