Concentrix specializes in helping major IT companies to optimize their renewals practices for both their direct and channel business by designing a custom built solution consisting of people and processes that is underpinned by Concentrix's renewals management platform. As a Solutions Manager, I worked to identify and qualify prospective customers and through a consultative sales approach, helped them develop solutions to increase their renewal rates both direct and through the channel.
