Responsible for:1) Generating a holistic view of customer facing dealer operations performance by finding and appointing a global single supplier for dealer operating standards audits, and a global single supplier for dealer mystery shopping. The aim is to use the outcome of both programmes to identify key trends across the network and support dealers to fill the gaps.2) Use dealer financial submissions to identify areas in the network requiring greater support, and specific dealers that require central coaching to remain profitable. It’s also important to place dealer financial performance within the context of the results of dealer facing programmes (e.g. standards audits and mystery shop).3) Responsible for setting up the framework for a Global Dealer of the Year programme.

The goal of this is consistency, reliability and automation. Tableau remains a flexible end-product for our users. Google BigQuery will eventually form the basis of our data storage for automated updates. 95% time improvement over current generation reporting, with all repeatable human elements fully automated. Retail standards at JLR are becoming increasingly important as the brands continue to go from strength to strength, so my main concern is ensuring that the data from our process is useable and insightful - it must be used as a tool for good within the business to support the quality of our regional retailer networks.

Part of a project team responsible for a cross-functional cost management/estimation transformation. Project used FACTON as a rear-end database, with a bespoke SAP BO front end.My role’s main focus was on transforming and analysing incoming programme data for project suitability. A set of rules had to be created for which the data must adhere to when being converted from the old system, to the new one.
