I have been working as an Uber and Lyft Driver for the last couple years to help give me flexibility with my school schedule while im finishing my degree. The work require self discipline and motivation to go out and drive and make youself available and able to work since there is no set schdule and times. It also requires heavy customer service skills for talking too and helping riders. You also need to be a good multitasker and safe driver in order to excel and give the riders a positive experience. My Lyft and Uber Ratings are at 5 stars and i have over 2500 rides combined. Another skill that can be neccessary and diffuseing and empathizeing with angry riders that have bad experiences with the app itself.

I was a Insurance Agent that was Liscensed in all 50 states and did policy servicing, sales, and billing. I did Propert and Casualty servicing includeing Auto Insurance, Homeowners Insurance, Renters Insurance, and Valuable Personal Property Insurance. Also during this time i was promoted to mentoring position but eventually stepped down when i started going back to schhool. this position involved managament roles such as auditing other agents, filling out agents progress reports, teaching and training new agents in the use of Lexis Nexis and database use, and reporting to choaches and the project manager.

My roles here included making sales and recommendations to prospective customers, doing cashieer work, cash and credit trade-ins, store maintnence, and being the system and game repair and refurbishment expert which involved soldering and repairing consoles and games. My eventualy Managerial Duties involved Opening and closeing the store, end of day reports and register closeout, and training new employees.
