I started Modular Wargaming in April 2019, gaining extensive experience in 3D printing, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and 3D design. I also learned about website design and creating a presentable site using Shopify.Modular Wargaming sells bases, accessories, and terrain for wargames in the form of STL files on Cults3D and CG Trader. Additionally, I provide freelance model design services. This requires excellent customer service skills to address and resolve issues, modify designs, and communicate costs and timelines effectively.

As an Inventory Assistant I had to communicate progress and issues effectively to management and provide professional customer service to suppliers and stores. I also had to ensure accuracy in inventory tracking and resolve stock discrepancies with attention to detail on a daily basis.

At Jamie Kay I worked first as a Warehouse Assistant but was promoted to Bulk Goods Supervisor. As a supervisor it was my responsibility to delegate tasks to our warehouse team, keep the warehouse clean, and ensure inward and outgoing deliveries were accurate and on time on top of regular duties.
