Started with Lexus as a Certified Lexus technician in the early 90's near the beginning. Was then chosen to head up and manage the reconditioning department that prepares all the new and preown vehicles. From there I moved into the service lane and became a Master Certified Service Consultant and still maintain ASE certifications. Currently as of October 2012 I've joined the Sales and Leasing staff here at Hendrick Lexus Charlotte.
