Debugged and resolved multiple issues relating to SSO (single sign-on), DNS (Domain Name System), payment gateways (PayPal, custom AMS), back-end CMS (content management system), discussion forum/event manager (Higher Logic), and general cross browser compatibility. Created Cafe user FAQ & further designed front-end using JQuery/AJAX to provide extra functionality. Integrated website ad placement, performed mobile/responsive website modifications, designed flash Chapter Map and javascript countdown timer. Provided internal technical support & training to staff for computer software, hardware, and server maintenance. Direct process and create/send all HTML E-Mail Newsletters for organization along with providing updated templates; working with all facets of the organization to coordinate Newsletter creation and proofing. Actively participating on the PAC (Product Advisory Council) of Higher Logic and awarded MVP status for expert knowledge on one or more areas of the product and selflessly providing help to others in the community.
