Rimrock Energy Partners, LLC formed in 2015 out of Rimrock Midstream, LLC as a strategic, growth-oriented company focused on the acquisition, development, and management of midstream energy assets across multiple commodities (crude oil, natural gas, natural gas liquids).Rimrock Energy Partners, LLC developed and operates a greenfield natural gas processing facility and extensive gas gathering system in Weld County, Colorado (the "Pierce Plant & Gathering System"). The new gathering and processing system serves producers in the northwest portion of the DJ Basin's Wattenberg Field. The Pierce Gas Plant provides its customers with up to 200 million cubic feet per day (MMcf/d) of cryogenic gas processing capacity and access to premium residue gas and NGL markets. The Pierce Gathering System consists of more than a 100 miles of high-pressure trunk line and low-pressure gathering pipelines to deliver gas from producer pad locations to the Pierce Plant.

Rimrock Midstream, LLC is a strategic, growth-oriented company focused on the development and management of midstream energy assets. Rimrock is engaged in the business of transporting, storing and blending crude oil in Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, North Dakota, Wyoming, Colorado and New Mexico. Rimrock developed the Grand Mesa Pipeline system which included over 550 miles of greenfield crude oil transportation pipeline, multiple truck injection bays, over 1.0 million barrels of operational storage, and at least two origination points located near Lucerne and Kersey (Riverside Station) in Weld County, Colorado. In addition, Rimrock developed the Platte River crude oil gathering system which provides critical crude oil gathering capacity for producers in the Denver-Julesburg Basin. The Platte River Pipeline System originates at various wellhead and truck injection stations in Weld County, Colorado and terminates at the crude oil terminal near Lucerne, Colorado. The Platte River system is capable of receiving and transporting in excess of 130,000 barrels per day for delivery into the Lucerne West Station, located adjacent to the Lucerne origination point for the Grand Mesa Pipeline, which offers delivery to the Cushing, Oklahoma crude oil hub.
