Responsible for the management of Esperanza Carmel LLC, a real estate investment and development company focused on the Carmel-by-the-Sea area of California. We pride ourselves on our commitment to the Carmel community as well as maintaining the integrity of the area, its unique history and architecture.

First established in 2008 in line with purchase of our first property in London, Esperanza London has since grown organically a mixed-use portfolio of real estate investments. The company remains focused on primarily investing in their core location of Mayfair, however will also consider investments in the surrounding areas of Prime Central London. Whilst we have some residential holdings, our investment activities are focused on commercial or mixed-use investments.

Responsible for the acquisition and subsequent asset / development management of commercial & residential property in Central London, with a specific focus on Mayfair and the surrounding areas. As well as being responsible for the overall management of this UK business. Pastor Real Estate was an estate agency and property consultancy actively operating in London from 2010 to 2023. It was responsible for the letting, sale, property and asset management for both external clients and group companies. The company also operated a development division, developing properties in Prime Central London for the group as well as external clients. The business was taken over by Savills in September 2024 in line with Pastor Real Estate closing its UK based agency and consultancy operations. The London group property company, Esperanza London, remains active in investing in real estate in Central London.
