Current primary focus does not match job title, I have been about 90% transitioned out of the field and into the office working to develop new processes and tools to help our team do their jobs more effectively (My favorite of which is a PowerShell script that generates a GUI for OS deployment options during our task sequence so we only need one task sequence to cover ALL of our windows 10 OS deployments), help remotely resolve issues and support the road techs when needed. A lot of my primary focus since being transitioned to in office has been using a combination of Microsoft endpoint configuration manager and PowerShell to build automated installations and configurations for our software so we can have 1 click installs and move our OS deployments from older WinPE imaging to Task Sequences via MECM, along with building compliance items to keep all of our over 2000 retail computers and registers standardized.Before being moved to mostly in office, when I was on the road, primary roles were hardware and OS support for windows 10 computers windows server 2012 and 2016 servers, hardware support for Toshiba cash registers, thermal printers and touch screen displays, Hobart scales, Magellan scanner scales, Lexmark laser printers, NAS devices, Xerox document scanners, and Honeywell Scanners.
