*Manage a team of 19 employees that analyze and resolve customer relationship alerts for potential Economic Sanctions matches as generated through the bank’s filtering application for the entire bank. *Block and maintain oversight of accounts that violate OFAC sanctions*Ensure all employee accuracy rates are at or near 100 percent *Lead monthly partnership meetings with multiple business partners to discuss new system enhancements, regulation changes and procedures updates*Oversee UAT testing for new systems and enhancements including potential new vendor scanning solutions*Analyze and communicate volume impacts driven by new or changed data from upstream sources being scanned against Watch Lists*Ensure 314(a) matches are reported to FinCEN *Manage the Anti-Money Laundering team which prevents reentry from high risk customers

*Manage a team of 7 associates that provide phone support to banking centers for complex tax issues *Ensure W-8 and W-9 tax forms are certified per IRS regulations*Certify District Court accounts per IRS regulations

*Manage department training for TAX, Large Currency Reporting and Exemption associates *Ensure department understanding of BSA and Patriot Act regulations*Write and update procedures for multiple LOBs and train associates on new processes

*Review Tier 1 and Tier 2 Exemptions to ensure compliance to all BSA regulations*Conduct BSA meetings to receive approval for Tier 2 Exemptions*Ensure BSA compliance for currency reporting transactions over 10K
