Work with several functional areas including engineering, supply management, production control, inventory accuracy, operations and material delivery on shortages, inventory inaccuracies, and engineering changes. - Execute the engineering changes and use ECM checklists to verify part set up is completed and ready on due dates. - Request and participate in inventory accuracy issues. Direct & support wage employees to count and verify inventory levels. - Coordinate activities with Schedulers on COGI for manufactured & purchased parts. Track supporting metrics on execution of the material delivery process. - Track and resolve open Transfer Requests, late deliveries from suppliers, number of units that go into repair due to supply management, and inventory accuracy in department. - Participate in process mapping activities and take on projects to support improvements to the material delivery process.- Directly support Deere SAP implementation. - Follow documentation and suggest changes when needed to improve operations.
