I am an experienced operational and strategic IT Service Management Consultant with around 20+ years consulting and ‘hands on’ operational experience. I have had the opportunity to lead and deliver several process implementation and improvement engagements, including a number of outsource and insource programmes. In addition, I have also held Process Owner roles for global clients where I was required to define and implement strategies, assessments, design & build, improve and deliver IT Service Management processes.In addition, I am experienced in project management, designing and delivering training materials and carrying out assessment projects. I have first class inter-personal and communication skills and am considered a likeable and engaging member of any team.In my personal life, I have been practising Kung Fu for over 10+ years and opened my own (Non-profit) club in early 2017. It’s always been an honour to pass down my experience and knowledge and this same passion is embraced throughout my professional career too.
