Provide top tier logistics and customer service to our distributors through proactive management of orders from receipt through delivery.-Communicate order confirmations and estimated/confirmed ship dates to customers in a timely manner.-Proactively communicate with internal and external customers about upcoming releases, promotions, and updated pricing materials.-Allocate all Seasonal and Special Release Beers on a separate and time-sensitive production schedule.-Conduct monthly inventory of finished goods (all cases and kegs) and reconcile any discrepancies.

Collaborate with Sales Reps, Regional Sales Managers, and Warehouse Team to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all purchase orders and shipments.-Process and manage orders, monitor shipments, inventory, and deliveries.-Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to resolve customer issues and proactively identify ways to improve processes and efficiencies.-Work directly with Logistics Team to strategize multi-stop routes that are cost effective and ensure on-time delivery.

Led Syngenta’s wholesale business and created strategies to maximize sales which involved: negotiating, managing, tracking, and selling over 200,000 units of inventory. In addition, I managed multiple extensive customer databases to ensure efficiency and accuracy. I also managed contracts for all license and certification related transactions between customers and Syngenta.-Implemented and executed all new contract agreements between Syngenta/GreenLeaf Genetics legal department, sales team, and external customers.-Created competitive pricing structures for Syngenta’s wholesale business.-Managed and updated contract databases for old, present, and new licenses.-Executed customer audits to ensure compliance with our license agreements.-Reviewed and approved sales transactions with brokers and third parties.-Collaborated directly with Marketing, Operations, Sales, Legal, and Compliance teams.
