Development of all operational processes, procedures and policy, and implementation of same.Development of software used by all employees and by its health care provider clients. PRISM (built on the Microsoft Sequel platform) was the software that was developed to track the release of information requests received by the health care providers from receipt to delivery, to produce the records to be released to the requesting party, to calculate the invoice amount for charges for the released records where applicable, and to provide ongoing accounting for payments for said records. Developed and implemented the training programs and all training materials used by company employees and it’s clients for the software and for the efficient release of information process.Researched, tested, and then implemented new technology as it became available. Especially the integration of our PRISM application with the new Electronic Medical Records systems used by our health care provider clients.Worked closely with the health care provider’s Medical Records Directors, Managers, Supervisors and clerk level staff to ensure customer satisfaction, to consult on their internal practices, and to implement changes toward improving efficiency of their processes.Oversaw the opening of each of the 10 offices that were created as the company grew throughout WA, ID, IA, OR, CO, NM, CA, AZ and MT. Responsible for hiring, training and ongoing support for each new office and its staff.Received ongoing hands on experience using the health care provider’s internal computer systems and applications used by their organizations including Meditech, Orca Powerchart, various McKesson systems, Star, GE Centricity, Alltech, and Epic among others. Created synergies between the client’s systems and those used by my company and integrated the systems where possible.
