Enterprise Client Services Manager
Current• Responsible for building and mantaining strong relationships with the executives and decision makers at our enterprise-sized clients.• Manage a team of four client operations professionals, including one direct and three indirect reports.• Own the full client services lifecycle, from handling contract proposals and negotiations to overseeing project development and ongoing support.• Collaborate with internal teams to define project scope, establish timelines, and allocate resources to maximize efficiency and client satisfaction.• Spearhead the continuous cross-functional partnership with product, project management, engineering, data science, client operations and AI consulting teams to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of high-quality solutions.• Proactively identify, recommend, and negotiate expansion opportunities for existing clients to drive revenue growth and service utilization.
