Responsible for:The overall vision, strategy and roadmap for GIF, the largest instore fulfillment system in the world. We pick, load and dispense all Online orders fulfilled in Walmart stores across the globe.Responsible for building a Fulfillment SaaS solution for Walmart and launching in multiple markets.Managing business and tech stakeholders across multiple markets

Built two systems from scratch. One optimises Online Grocery pick walks and has removed over 20% of distance walked. The other chooses the most suitable product substitutes. Developed in-house, they involved working with multiple teams and key stakeholders across 4 time zones and have increased Asda's profit by over £10million per annum.We work closely with our business partners in the US on a picking system, where I have full ownership of the UK roadmap. I am responsible for identifying, prioritising and launching new features, with over £6million of savings realised per annum over the past two years.Full ownership of operational BI allowing us to make fully data driven decisions. Created a daily order / items forecasting model at MAPE <6%.Established a top performing team with a leadership index of 100%.

Responsible for planning and routing all home deliveries. Improved miles driven per order by over 40% through continuous optimisation and customisation of the routing engine.Lead UK operations technology roadmap for 4 years, working with our partners in the US. Key achievements included:A bespoke grocery collection service, both back end and front end, completed in less than 6 months.World first, delivering collection orders to remote points alongside delivery orders.Put together a full suite of operational BI, refined and defined all key metrics, then developed and launched new company KRA's for Online Grocery.Full ownership of slot pricing strategy.
