I had many interesting customers, including those in the Hospitality, Medical, and Finance verticals. I also spent 2 1/2 years in the Hosted Collaboration Solutions group, performing design, deployment, and training in the Service Provider space.

With our sales team we drove the entire business cycle with client managers, including presales, design, implementation, training, and Day-2 support for clients of 50-500 users across US. As a Cisco Partner, our team primarily led with Cisco solutions, with opportunities leveraging the entire Cisco product suite. Once engaged I expanded client opportunities from the initial project into future deals, often immediately, delivering expanded product and service sales and profits. When asked I attained any needed Cisco certifications to expand both market opportunities and profits.
