Started working towards IIP status prior to departure, became ethics officer for UK which encompassed equality and diversity issues in line with parent US Company policy and directly responsible to VP HR in the US.

As well as serving in Paris I have served in Gemany on two occasions and twice undertaken out of area operations in the Gulf region. I am a qualified linguist (French).
