Stages 2-5Wave 2 Norfolk Model School, 2019-. Lead designer for the 2nd generation of Norfolk Model School new 420 place Primary Schools. We are working towards achieving zero carbon in use EPC A+-1. The aim of the model school programme is to provide schools throughout Norfolk achieving efficiency for the client though the use of a standardised layout.Current projects include:• Silfield, Stage 4 with an anticipated opening date of 2024• Blofield, Stage 4 with an anticipated opening date of 2024• Cringleford New Primary School, Stage 4 with an anticipated opening date of 2024• Bradwell, Stage 1 with an anticipated opening date of 2025Roydon Primary School. 2015-2020. 2 Stage Tender. 900m2 new build, extension and refurbishment. Lead designer with phased hand over and final completion February 2020.Norse HQ, Fifers Lane, Norwich. 2019. 2000m2 extension to the existing Norse HQ. Lead designer working alongside the Head of Architecture up to planning. Stages 1-3.Costessey Primary Academy. 2017-2019. 2 Stage Tender. 800m2 extension and refurbishment creating 7 classbases in a tight, live existing school site. Lead designer with hand over September 2019. Stages 1-7.Northgate Primary. 2015-2018. Traditional Contract. 700m2 new build and refurbishment in a tight, live existing school site. Project lead with hand over January 2018. Stages 2-7.Cawston VC Primary School. 2015-2016. Traditional Contract. Single classbase extension to existing school, 91m2. Project lead with hand over September 2016. Stages 2-3.Bowthorpe Three Score, Norwich. 2014-2015. Design and Build 178 houses for Norwich City Council. Worked as part of the architectural team to submit planning in April 2015. Stage 3.Feasibility reports and concept design, various sites.
