Devenick Project (2011 - 2013)This project involved the installation and commissioning of a new process module on the East Brae platform to accommodate the Devenick subsea tie-back. I initially worked in the office writing the commissioning procedures and I then worked on a 2/2 rotation for 5 months on East Brae during the construction/commissioning/start-up.Power Gen Upgrade Project (2010 - 2012)This project involved the replacement of two existing Olympus Power Generators with two new GE LM2500+G4 Gas Turbines and Power Generators. I initially worked in the office writing the commissioning procedures and I then worked on a 2/2 rotation for 10 months on Brae Alpha during the construction/commissioning/start up.• Wrote commissioning procedures for process systems and utilities • Supervised dynamic commissioning • Prepared scopes of work and approved vendor procedures for hot oil flushing, water flushing and leak testing• Supervised leak testing and flushing vendors offshore• Actively participated in platform safety culture (isolation audits, ABSAs, Risk Assessment audits)• Performing Authority on the PTW system including high pressure testing • Handover of systems from construction to commissioning and from commissioning to operations using the GOC Completions system• Management of the boundary isolations and joint integrity system• Project close out - as-built the project P&IDs, updated operations procedures
