Move and forecast labour resource to align with SLA and projected increase / decrease. Collation of all incidents to assist company and Police on any criminal actions or intelligence. Attend incidents personally and ensure all policies, protocols and procedures are adhered to by way of adhoc non- advertised field checks with engineers.Forecast peaks and align resource to cover expected up / down turns. Operational P & L management, adjust variances on variables on P & L. Investigate all health and safety incidents including reporting to RIDDOR. Chair disciplinary’s and or investigations in line with ACAS and GMB Union.

Sub- contracted to DX Express via Courier Team, control and manage workload, drivers contracted to DX, ensure all KPI's and SLA are met to DX standards. Vehicles are VOR and repairs maintained to ensure a good fleet. Weights and drops are achievable and attainable and be the companies contact and representative on site
