Responsible for the daily operation of 9 stores. Managing daily transactions related to Sales and COGS. Bank Reconciliations and active participation in various projects.

•Perform end to end activities required for month-end closing according to the respective business deadlines with limited supervision of the Team Leader•Responsible for various Financial Reports (e.g. Fuelstat, Inventory Accounting)•Participation in the migration Project (Implementation of SAP software in 2 countries, Dubai and Cyprus)

•Perform end to end activities required for month-end closing (Payroll, Accruals, Revenue Recognition,BIE, Reconciliations)according to the respective business deadlines with limited supervision of the Team Leader•Ensure the right execution in terms of preparation and recording of properly supported journal entries•Preparation of complex financial reports related to Deferred Revenue and Deferred COGS (based on the Red-Green Day Calendar)•Identification and issue resolution with regards to Accounting/ Finance queries from all relevant parties•Fix and stabilize activities required for month-end closing (preparing and posting MJE, running reports) according to the respective business deadlines•Perform monthly and quarterly account reconciliation according to BHGE Policies•Provide timely and appropriate financial data and supporting documentation both to Internal and External auditing

Responsible for end to end procedures with regards to the Greek Accounts Payable Department. •Logging Invoices and Purchase Orders (Intercompany invoices). •Dealing with all kind of payments (Vendor related, Employees' Travel and Expenses, Payroll etc.) both at Citibank and NBG.•Booking all relevant expenses onto Navision and AS400.•Accountable for preparing the Big Vendor Payment Report, which is directly related to the Cash Flow of the company.•Auditing all T&E reports ( Concur software) and provide support to the domestic T&E specialists.

•Logging all payments for Payables and Payroll into the SAP system.•Reconciling supplier statements to the Purchase Ledger balance.•Liaising with the Head of the Department in order to resolve any urgent payments that need to be made.•Filing and classifying all loggings for internal auditing purposes.

•Chairing the Produban Engagement Request (PER) meeting•Coordinating the activities of the Project Managers regarding the PERs•Administrating the EUT (End Users Technology) Mailbox and distributing it to the Project Managers•Working as an intermediary between Project Managers and other departments of Produban•Liaising with the IT Engagement Managers for the issue of the PERs
