I have developed my skills at private chef roles whilst in New Zealand. From working solo at hunt lodges to catering for events and film crews in remote locations. I have learnt to work in small spaces with little facilities and how to hunt and prepare my own food in the wilderness. The quality and freshness of the food is incredible and I have learned the true meaning of 'Farm-to-Table'. This last year has been one of great personal development and the honing in of skills that I hope to bring back from New Zealand.
