I started my journey with mobile technology from a young age in Canada, studying computer engineering, and joining Blackberry/Research In Motion (RIM) prior to their launch of wireless email.I enjoy helping technology companies to build products, win customers, enter new markets, and scale revenue and profit successfully. I have a track record as an innovative CEO/COO/CPO in B2B software in Payments, Travel & Hospitality, and Communications.Most recently I have been the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Boku as we build a regulated, non-card Local Payment Method (LPM) network for the world's largest digital merchants including Amazon, Meta, and Netflix, accelerating our revenue and EBITDA growth to more than 30% annually, and doubling the valuation of the company to >$650m.I was part of the senior leadership team at Redknee that grew the business from a start-up to a publicly listed company, from $5M to $250M in revenue and from 10 to 1,600 employees across the mature and emerging markets through organic growth and M&A.I have previously led companies and teams through significant transformations, including strategic acquisitions and carve-outs, expanding into new regions, and winning and delivering software solutions to global companies including Marriott, Four Seasons, Telefonica O2, and Vodafone. I am passionate about supporting charitable organizations. As a non-executive director and volunteer, I have had the opportunity to work with Emmaus Hertfordshire, Urban Synergy, and the Loran Scholars Foundation.
