I oversee various programs for our region. I help to facilitate an online book club for new hires to equip them for ministry on campus, oversee regional trips in Minneapolis/St. Paul and Pine Ridge, and direct a track on multiethnicity for our student conference.

I have organized and led experiential discipleship trips for over 800 students in the last seven years. As director I have been responsible for raising my personal budget and overseeing a $20,000 a year program budget, for creating curriculum for each of the trips, and for pursuing outside funding opportunities. I also started a summer program to help.

I oversaw the planting of three small groups and developed student leaders to effectively witness to their peers on campus.

I taught 9th grade Ancient Literature, 11th grade US History, and 12th grade Modern Literature. I was responsible for creating and implementing a new curriculum program using Understanding by Design, and started a debate team for the school.

I taught a remedial English class for twelve students and saw a 24 point improvement in their 4site scores by the end of the academic year.
