SummaryOverview Sep 2021 - Present30+ years of leadership experience in the research, design, development and delivery of innovative and high-impact solutions for Fortune 500 and Independent Energy Corporations. In my career, I carried a sales bag for NCR/Teradata and penetrated 5 Fortune Energy companies where they had no previous presence. I was promoted to Energy Industry Global Marketing Director for Teradata where I worked closely with sales to create Big Data and Analytics solutions and worked as a consultant to help sales close business with their clients. At IBM I was Principal of Big Data and Analytics and responsible for sales of $5M dollars of new business in Energy where IBM had little exposure except for mainframes. In 2 years I was able to penetrate 3 large Energy companies and generate over $25M in new business and built a team of 50 people to deliver and was technical counsel for the Client Executive to help close over $1B in new business. IDC Global Energy Research Manager and helped drive $2M in business. In this role, I was hired by SAP, GE Oil and GAS, and Cisco in Canada to present to large audiences about the new enabling technologies emerging in the market and how they could be used to impact their businesses. I also was hired by multiple Energy companies such as: Anadarko, Tata, GE Oil and Gas and others as a Consultant for: helping them analyze their expenditures and recommending solutions to cut costs, advise about the best software to accomplish their goals, creation of Marketing materials to launch new programs and more. I personally created over 100, 5 – 20 page reports describing: the current market and how Digital Transformation can be used to impact efficiencies and cut costs, and interviewed company's clients to evaluate the top companies for consulting, and various software vendors. Every time a vendor placed 1st or 2nd they would place large orders to publish the results so they could give to clients.
