As Peace Corps Prep Coordinator, I launched and oversaw the Peace Corps Prep Program. Peace Corps Prep is a partnership between universities and the Peace Corps to develop stronger candidates for service. It encompasses the development of technical skills, cultural awareness, language learning, and the development of professionalism and leadership. In my role, I helped develop the criteria for successful completion, promoted the program across campus, advised students academically and professionally, managed student progress, and reported to both University officials and the Peace Corps.
