This relates specifically to courses leading to FETAC and HETAC awards of more than 12 weeks duration.Our unique self-bonding scheme commenced in September 2012 and is expected to go live in 18 months when participating members will be issued individual Bank Bonds giving them the necessary cover and protection so that they can dispense with issuing letters of guarantee which are, of their very nature, risky and unsatisfactory. The fees most recently paid by learners to eligible members of the ICPA will be covered under this scheme.The ICPA also represents the interest of its members with Government Departments and official agencies.
