As the Director of Surveillance at Maverick Gaming Nevada, I oversaw the surveillance department across 4 properties in Northern Nevada, ensuring compliance, security, and integrity of all gaming activities and assets. I also partnered with other departments and management to develop and implement best practices, policies, and procedures for surveillance operations, as well as to identify and leverage new technologies and solutions to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. Previously, I held various positions at Washington Gold Casinos, where I managed the surveillance team, performed technical maintenance and installation of surveillance equipment, and conducted surveillance observations and investigations. I have extensive knowledge and skills in casino gaming, gaming industry, gaming regulations, surveillance systems, and surveillance techniques.
