In this role, I lead a very capable team of more than one-half dozen teammates to assess national market volatility in terms of potential credit worthiness for prospects and existing customers. Responsible for increasing the company’s agri-business portfolio and overall market share. I enable the company’s credit underwriting business team by introducing creative solutions for increasing the company’s profit and loss posture while reducing risk to operations. Am responsible for identifying, attracting and securing new and sustainable customers who are life-long business partners.

I led a team of nearly four-dozen personnel (comprised of federal civil service, contractors and service members)—in concert with my final active-duty assignment in the Air Force—retiring after two decades of service to our nation. I was the senior advisor for ensuring the welfare, training and performance of assigned military personnel.
