As an Account Manager at AIM my role includes the following:- Manage as many as 26 dealers a month.- Presenting monthy reports of internet process and results to dealer principals and upper management of our clients.- Management/Salesperson Training of the AIM eCommerce Process- Monthly Phone and Listening Training of Management and Sales Staff.- Building and refining the AIM Process within the client's CRM tool.- Interacting with our client's vendors to achieve maximum performance of these products.
