With more than 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, I am a seasoned professional who has trained and coached hundreds of sales and management teams across the country. I have a passion for helping organizations improve their performance, culture, and customer satisfaction by leveraging the power of their CRM systems and digital strategies. Currently, I am a Culture Coach at Performance by Design, where I work with clients to develop and implement customized solutions that enhance their organizational culture and align with their business goals.
