I began at KPMG in the High Growth Ventures division, connecting and guiding start­‐ups in theProptech space to achieve sustainable high performance and desired outcomes. After three months, I shifted into the Real Estate Advisory division to establish and lead KPMG’s service offering in Proptech. In this role, I led the work streams associated with companies at the intersection of technology, real estate and construction. This role involved establishing a dedicated Proptech Client Service team, writing and presenting a global firm wide Proptech strategy, helping REITs and real estate incumbents underwrite, bring to market and develop new products / services and led fundraising for scalable phase Proptech companies.I was also responsible for KPMG’s Global Research engagements, thought leadership and events. I worked closely across KPMG’s local, regional and global network to ensure KPMG partners andclients access the strategic expertise needed with a focus on product and service line expansion.

REACH Australia is a growth accelerator created by Second Century Ventures, an early-stage technology fund, backed by the National Association of Realtors (largest trade association in the United States)REACH leverages 100 worldwide bilateral partnerships in 85 countries. The accelerator program currently manages 86 portfolio companies including DocuSign, BombBomb, BoxBrownie amongst others. REACH provides me with visibility over the latest real estate technology innovations currently impacting residential, commercial, retail and industrial real estate.

Responsible for management of Macquarie's Global Office portfolio comprising of 89 offices across 27 different countries. Part of the central advisory team in relation to the redevelopment of a landmark heritagebuilding (‘Metro Martin Place Project’) set to become Macquarie Groups Global head office.Key input into the design development brief for the Metro Martin Place project (to becompleted 2024, est. value $4b).
