Responsibilities:•Manage all aspects of customer (PKC/AEES) Light Vehicle wire harness shipping division.•Responsible for supervising team of 20+ non-exempt employees including clerical and warehouse personnel.•Manage department budget through supply and labor management.•Maintain and report department inventory accuracy levels.•Maintain ISO 9001 certification through process management.•Coordinate and complete kaizen continuous process events through employee participation.•Complete and review annual performance appraisals for all employees within department.•Maintain LEAN/5S standards within department.•Direct daily interaction with customer management team.•Responsible for completion and approval of standard work instruction (SWI) for department processes.•P.I.T. (Forklift) trainer for all warehouse associates.•Complete facility safety assessments
