Otto is the President and CEO of Bank of Hawaii's non-banking investment subsidiary, Bankoh Investment Services, Inc. He also serves as the Chairman of Pacific Century Life Insurance Company and President of the Securities Industry Association of Hawaii. An innovative and influential leader with a demonstrated history of success. Skilled in business leadership, public speaking, strategic planning, budgeting & forecasting, sales development, financial planning, investment and insurance management. Work Experience: Chris has over two decades of experience in the financial services and banking arena - originally starting his banking career with Bank of Hawaii as a Management Associate. Otto eventually transitioned to Bankoh Investment Services as a sales assistant and developed into the role of licensed financial advisor, division sales manager, and ultimately the President/CEO. Education/Designations: Chris is a graduate of the University of Hawaii - Shidler College of Business, where he obtained a B.B.A. in Finance as well as a B.B.A. in Marketing. Chris is also a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and ERISA Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS). He holds FINRA securities licenses 4, 7, 24, 53, and 63 and State of Hawaii Insurance license for life/accident/health. Community Service:Chris is a volunteer board member of the Hawaii Children's Cancer Foundation, Drive Safe Hawaii and the Hawaii Arthritis Foundation. He also serves as a member of the investment committee for Hawaii Meals on Wheels and is a member of the Hawaii Community Foundation's - Center Advisory Council.
