With over 25 years experience in education and 20 years experience in the International Baccalaureate's Primary Years Programme, Chris currently works with Toddle and serves as the Director of School Success for the Americas. He has also taught all primary grades, been a reading intervention teacher, the Innovation Lab teacher, District Higher Order Thinking Skills teacher, and IB/PYP Coordinator. He is currently an IB/PYP Consultant, Workshop Leader, and Team Leader for Verification and Evaluation Site Visits. He is a certified Lynn Erickson consultant/trainer for Concept-Based Instruction and successfully consults with schools and districts in North America and internationally on implementing a concept- based approach to teaching, learning, and assessing, including standards-based and criterion-related assessing within a concept-focused curriculum.
