Responsible for theglobal carve out and preparation of financial results and pro-forma models for the Elastomers businesssegment being divested. Reviewed each operating company’s quarterly P&L, Balance Sheet and CashFlow statements. Responsible for compiling and consolidating quarterly financial statements by productgroup and by region.• Assisted Big Five accounting firm in setting up Fast Tax system for an international hotel industry client.• Created budget and cash flow models as a Financial Consultant for a startup screening company.Modified compensation structures for the partners.
