I am a Sports Administrator with a distinguished background as a former Professional Rugby League Referee for the Australian National Rugby League, where I officiated 228 1st Grade games over 11 seasons. Currently, I serve as the Head of Football Operations with the Sydney Roosters.My career, whether in front of fifty thousand spectators and a national television audience or in a sales or planning meeting, has been built on exceptional communication skills. These skills have been pivotal to my success and are complemented by the extensive experience gained from the NRL Match Officials High Performance unit.During my tenure in rugby league, I honed critical skills such as leadership, conflict resolution, decision-making under pressure and fatigue, clear communication, and meticulous preparation.
