On-site construction management representative for the build-out of a new ride simulator. Coordinated the schedule of work with the contractors. Performed QA and compliance with drawings for ongoing work. Coordinated and oversaw the RFI and submittal process. Responsible for the overall job site safety. Worked with contractors to resolve outstanding issues to meet strict safety guidelines. Oversaw the construction permit submission and approval process with a bi-coastal team of contractors. Ensured all required permits were processed and acquired.

Promoted from Project Engineer to Superintendent March 2012. Responsible for daily contractor coordination, contract scope compliance and scheduling oversight on an $80M Health and Science Building.

Reviewed and processed: RFI’s, pay apps, submittals, prepared meeting minutes, and monitored document control. Given responsibility for writing work scopes on the later bid packages. Assisted with pre bidding process including writing advertisement for bids, developing contract drawings and answering RFI’s. Increasing responsibility for contractor coordination and observation. Increasing responsibility for scheduling new work and updating current schedule. Assisted in negotiating over $1.5 M in savings on change orders through close reviews of all change claims, reviews of labor, equipment, material and mark-up rates and value engineering. All bid packages were completed on time under tight time constraints.
